With nothing but speed, razor‑sharp reflexes, and experimental time‑shift tech at his disposal, agent Chrono Runner is sent to recover precious Tachyon Singularities and prevent a catastrophic world event from happening in the past. An adventure for the standard MSX1 system where every second is a weapon.
Delivered as an MSX1 ROM this game has all the features of a classic puzzle platformer, packed into a brain-teasing mission. The playground is a high-security Berlin facility, a maze of interconnected rooms that have doors and keys, guarded by patrolling drones. Outsmart these mechanical pests, grab the key and exit.
Every screen is a self‑contained puzzle, and every route, forward or backward, demands careful planning, precise timing, and nerves of steel. Oh, and you only have 60 minutes to complete the job of finding the four singularities, if you choose to accept the mission.
The game Chrono Runner serves up tight controls, devious level design, and split‑second decision making. Dash through hazardous facilities, outmaneuver temporal anomalies, and bend time to your will as you race to rewrite history, before history erases you.
