Hardware crafter Xavirompe added a Ninja Tap XR device to the winners loot box to have an 8-bit party with friends.
Love playing MSX games but feeling a bit lonely on your 8-bit adventure? No worries, the Ninja Tap has you covered, letting you bring in extra players to join the fun. This handy device splits one of your MSX joystick ports, allowing up to four joysticks or pads to connect for a true gaming party extravaganza.
From Xavirompe, known for top-notch MSX hardware extensions like the Rookie Drive, the MFDC and various RAM expansions, we received one of his Ninja Tap XR devices, his take on the original PCCM Ninja Tap. The device works perfectly with the well-known Magical Labyrinth Remix and the more recent MSXdev games Crawlers and MSXdev25 entry #44, Tiny Tetris VS. How fitting to have such a cool device in this year’s loot box!
Thanks to Xavirompe for the generous contribution. This last-minute addition to our sponsored winners loot box really completes it in a cool fashion.
Xavirompe sells the Ninja Tap XR along with all his other cool hardware on his website, so check it out.
